The Evolution of BIAF: A Legacy of Academic Collaboration

The Borneo International Academic Forum (BIAF) is an international interdisciplinary conference evolved from the Borneo Undergraduate Academic Forum (BUAF), established in 2016 by four founding state Islamic universities (PTKIN) in Kalimantan: UIN Antasari Banjarmasin, UIN Samarinda, UIN Palangka Raya, and IAIN Pontianak.

Originally a regional student gathering, the forum has now expanded into a premier global platform accommodating both the Undergraduate Academic Forum (UAF) and Postgraduate Academic Forum (PAF) for researchers worldwide.
